EuroKids JMD Enclave — Summer Camp 2025 Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child in the EuroKids JMD Enclave Summer Camp 2025, you hereby acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions: Admission shall be deemed complete only upon receipt and clearance of full payment, with EuroKids JMD Enclave reserving the absolute right to accept or decline any admission at its sole discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. Participants are expected to adhere strictly to all camp rules, codes of conduct, and safety protocols as prescribed by the management, failing which EuroKids JMD Enclave reserves the right to immediately terminate participation without recourse or refund. It is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to disclose any and all pertinent medical information, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration; failure to do so absolves EuroKids JMD Enclave of any liability for health-related incidents arising therefrom. In the event of medical exigencies, EuroKids JMD Enclave will endeavor to contact the parent or guardian forthwith, though necessary medical intervention will be undertaken should circumstances warrant immediate action, and all related expenses shall be borne by the parent or guardian. Transportation, where opted for, shall be provided as a facilitative service and EuroKids JMD Enclave shall not be held responsible for delays, route alterations, or missed pickups occasioned by externalities such as weather, traffic, or operational exigencies. Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable except in the rare instance of camp cancellation solely by EuroKids JMD Enclave, and no refunds shall be entertained for participant absenteeism, partial attendance, or voluntary withdrawal. By completing this admission process, you grant irrevocable permission for EuroKids JMD Enclave to photograph, film, or record your child during camp activities and to utilize such material, without remuneration, for promotional, marketing, advertising, archival, or social media purposes, with the understanding that no personal identifiers shall be disclosed without explicit additional consent. While every reasonable effort shall be undertaken to ensure participant safety, EuroKids JMD Enclave, its employees, agents, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any accidental injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the course of the program. Personal data collected shall be maintained with strict confidentiality and utilized exclusively for camp administration, safety compliance, and necessary communication. Completion and submission of the enrollment form, together with remittance of applicable fees, shall constitute full and unreserved acceptance of these binding terms and conditions.
